What Happens in a Session?Getting a coaching session with Carol is transformative! If you live in the Dallas area, I offer spiritual coaching while playing a sound and PEMF frequency we determine is most needed at the time.
For people at a distance, I play the frequency while we are doing the coaching session over Zoom. I have been a licensed spiritual coach for about 15 years and am a certified life coach with a background in psychology, so I have the expertise and spiritual tools to help you get to the root of your current issues to help target what needs to be transformed. A coaching session involves sitting down and discussing what state of consciousness and physical manifestation you want, working out what isn't working in your life, setting an intention and vision for what you want, setting some homework, like an affirmation or other spiritual practice and then I doing a 'Spiritual Mind Treatment', which is a combination guided meditation and affirmative prayer. I started out as a single mother in a women's shelter who had no money, possessions, or employment skills and learned how to move from low self esteem and negative beliefs about myself and others to transforming my thoughts and beliefs about myself so that I could live my vision of inspiring and connecting with others and empowering them to live their Life's Purpose. If I could do it, so can you!

In March of 2023, I was diagnosed with breast cancer. When I got the news, I felt lost and afraid. I decided to get a treatment from Carol Merlo. While Carol was doing the treatment, I quietly meditated with her. When it was over, I felt a slight shift, but didn't think anything of it at the time. 3 weeks later I had a bilateral mastectomy and when I woke up from the surgery, I was told that they got "all" of the cancer out.
