About Carol Merlo, M.Ed.

​In 1992, Carol graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Masters in Adult Education. Her goal was to be a trainer. But jobs were hard to find, so Carol found herself involved with a Direct Sales Nutritional Supplement company and partnered up with Bill Merlo, who also became her husband. The Merlos soon built an organization of 25,000 people. From this experience, Carol was led to write and teach people about what they could do to have greater health and happiness in their lives.  She has spent the last 30 years teaching and coaching people to understand the underlying principles of a successful mindset.
Carol is also a licensed Spiritual Coach with the Centers for Spiritual Living, where she teaches people how to shift their thinking habits and experience a greater connection with life.
