​How to Prepare

Before each session you will receive that module's worksheet where there will be reflection exercises and some assessments. You will want to review all of that before the session. This is a coaching program, rather than a class. So, the more time you can invest in doing the exercises, the more powerful the coaching will be. Live coaching is for:

• Identity shifts
• Awareness + decision-making
• Where you get stuck

Self-study / extras are for:

• Information
• Repetition
• Tool mechanics
• “Nice to know” depth

Bring:

• Openness to reflection
• Willingness to follow a structured process
• A commitment to consistent participation

Everything else will be provided during the program. If you feel you want a more hands on walk through of more difficult exercises, that is when you can schedule a one on one coaching call.
